The spam is made to look as real as possible to get past spam blockers. I would assume that those links DID work, but were shut down once the ISP found out that that person was spamming from that address – which just happened to be before you checked it. Spam is retarded, and I’m sure no one clicks on them. That goes for most ads, too. It’s too bad you can’t kick these people in the nuts like you would if someone tried to shout jibberish at you on the street…

Unfortunately it is spam. I took a closer reading and some of the sentences don’t make any sense whatsoever. Quite impressive when you consider that there’s a lot of text and some of it actually makes sense.

I wonder if the comment here is real. The listed website is real… probably just some advertising.
